Edgeway Homes is a newly formed Staffordshire and Manchester based new home building company.

With quality professional architectural back up the Directors have over 60 years housebuilding experience.
Richard Edgington, Managing Director, worked for 15 years in the public sector before joining Wilcon Homes, Britain’s most successful housebuilder of the 1980s and 1990s. He completed his time as Managing Director of Wilcon Homes North West before moving on to take the helm of Bellway Homes (West Lancashire) as Managing Director, based in Liverpool. He left Bellway to join Gleeson Developments as group Managing Director before setting up Edgeway Developments in 2009.
He has won several quality awards and has earned plaudits from local authority partners and satisfied purchasers. He is dedicated to the task of providing customers with quality they can afford.
Sue Housley, Operations Director, started as a sales negotiator with Bellway and worked her way up to Sales Manager. Her ceaseless enthusiasm led her on to become qualified in sustainability and ecohomes before embarking on achieving her qualifications in Health and Safety.
Sue has a thorough knowledge of the industry and recognises that customers must be provided with the quality they expect. "Buying a house is the biggest decision taken by most people and it needs to be right!" says Sue.
